Intel 12900K/KS builds and Windows update

Please be aware that we have had reports that the latest Windows Server 2019/2022 updates are causing some instability issues with our latest 12th Gen windows overclocks. Please refrain from updating your device unless critical to security or its function. We will work on resolving this issue with our on-site and hardware teams.

All devices put on site by Tempest go through routine and tested benchmarking and stress testing before getting deployed to customers. This process will continue. Depending on the build and the reasons behind the reported crash it is possible that any devices that have been delivered on-site prior to this date will require tweaks to their overclock profiles to avoid crashing. Once this has been tested and defined changes have been reported by our hardware team(s) we will discuss directly with any affected clients.
